Important Shipping Information

We understand how it feels to wait for your goods to arrive, so we ship orders promptly and make express shipping available. Please be aware delivery timeframes are merely a guide and they delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. VT is not liable for any delays caused by factors outside our control such as weather, peak times and Customs detainment.

We ship orders twice a week, on Tuesday and Friday. Estimated delivery times should be measured from the closest shipping day.

Domestic 

Express shipping is available via Australian Post (Express) and takes 1-3 business days. The shipment features full tracking and signed confirmation upon receipt of goods. VT charges a flat rate of $7. Once shipped, an email confirmation of the order and tracking number will be provided.

International

Standard shipping is available via DHL registered post and takes 5-12 business days to most major cities and up to 18 business days to more remote locations. VT charges a flat rate of $10. Once shipped, an email confirmation of the order will be provided.

Express Shipping is available via DHL express post and takes 2-3 business days to most major cities. Orders require a signature from the recipient upon delivery. VT charges a flat rate or $27. Once shipped, an email confirmation of the order and tracking number will be provided.
